On the wrong side of 30

Some weeks ago, i graduated from twenty something to the wrong side of thirty. Not sitting on the fence anymore. I am now firmly mature/ old /  middle-aged or whatever you may want to call it.

But to be honest, I didn't feel bad for even a minute about turning 30. In fact it felt liberated. I looked back at my twenties and realized what a whale of a time I had had with my partner in crime. To top it all, I even had the baby before the big 3 0 .....even the aunts and grandmothers cant complain!!

I am only hoping that the 30s turn out to be even more exciting :-)

I want MORE TRAVEL, MORE HIKES/ TREKS/ RAFTING and the works, MORE DANCING, MORE WRITING and MORE AMBITION and MORE fun times with the family.

I don't believe in new year resolutions but I did feel the urge to do a Birthday / new decade resolution - to write a book...ah ah ah.....almost got away with that......To write and PUBLISH a book. And a novel at that, no serious preachy crap from me.

I am trying to decide in the book title.....suggestions anyone?

Happy Thirties to you ! When you are over here, in the region of my antiquity, 30s seem like green salad days , dear !
