High-Low

Hari and I had borrowed a cool concept from the 1999 Bruce Willis, Michelle Pfiefer starrer called The Story of Us.

Every once in a while, hari and I check in on each others high and low moments.....And almost always one of the answers will surprise us.

So anyway, time for a High-Low moments with Antara check -

High: When she flashes one of her toothless gummy smiles

Low: When I stubbornly fight her to feed from a bottle occasionally and LOSE

High: When she finds comfort in Hari or my arms and stops crying right away

Low: When I cant seem to talk to anyone in a normal voice anymore (the cooing, high pitched tone I use with Antara doesn't go away)

High: When Hari and I can chill at home and sip coffee over the weekends with our friends who come over

Low: When we try all we might but cant bring ourselves to leave Antara with the nanny to go watch a movie, get a massage at a spa or go clubbing!!

The good thing is that there are as many highs or more than there are the lows, so its all good....Cant wait to strap Antara on our back and head off on a monsoon hike in the hills of Matheran.
