Its a lazy Saturday afternoon. After a nice lunch, Hari settles down with the TV. I try and set and watch TV with him.....ten mins later, I catch myself noticing a stray cobweb tucked away in the ceiling of our hall. Ok, so I am bored watching TV. I look around trying to find something else to do. Painting?...hmmm am too lazy to set up all the paints..
Call my sis?..already talked to her this morning..
Read? The only new novel lying around which we bought recently was Kiran Desai's - Inheritance of Loss (Booker prize winner) was soooooooooo slow and sleeep inducing. I had struggled to get past chapter 2. What were the chances that this afternoon would be any better?
Well, you can see how the afternoon went. It was amazing. I was bored because I had nothing to do. I had lost the art of weekend relaxation. Working 24/7 and having 4 places to be at at the same time has become the norm of the time :-)
